摘要
企业文化是企业的灵魂,对企业的经营发展有战略性的引导意义,是推动企业发展的不竭动力。随着金融改革的不断深化,地处祖国边陲的新疆农村信用社将进入一个新的发展时期,但其在人本文化及制度建设中还存在诸多限制企业发展的问题,如从业人员素质偏低、企业培训及激励机制不完善、企业文化建设处于低层次阶段。因此,用合理有效的方式构建农村信用社人本企业文化,对培育适应农村信用社改革与发展的人本企业文化,实现员工素质和管理能力的双重提升具有重要意义。
Enterprise culture is the soul of an enterprise,and it has strategic guiding significance to the enterprise's operation and development,and is an inexhaustible motive force to promote the development of an enterprise.With the deepening of financial reform,on the border of China,Xinjiang rural credit cooperatives will enter a new period of development,but in the human culture and system construction still exist many problems such as low quality of employees,corporate training and incentive mechanism is not perfect,the enterprise culture construction is at the low level.Therefore,the construction of rural credit cooperatives in the corporate culture of people with a reasonable and effective way,to cater to the reform and development of rural credit cooperatives of the enterprise culture,has important significance to achieve double upgrade staff quality and management ability.
