创业导向对企业知识吸收能力的影响

Research on Entrepreneurial Orientation's Effect on Enterprise Knowledge Absorptive Capacity

知识作为一种资源已成为企业生存发展的关键,企业如何利用外部知识资源变得十分重要。创业导向的实施过程与知识的获取、消化、转化和利用是紧密相联的,创业导向对提高企业知识吸收能力起着重要的驱动作用。通过国内263份企业调查数据,使用回归分析方法验证了创业导向各维度对知识吸收能力的影响。研究结果表明,创业导向的创新性、风险承担性、先动性对知识吸收能力均有积极影响,但影响方面存在差异。

Knowledge, as a kind of resource, has become a key factor for the enterprise survival and development. It is very important for an enterprise to make use of external knowledge resources. There is close link between the implementation process of entrepreneurial orientation and knowledge aequisition, digestion, transformation and utilization. Entrepreneurial orientation plays an important driving role in improving the enterprise knowledge absorptive capacity. Based on 263 survey data of domestic enterprises, it uses regression analysis method to verify entrepreneurial orientation dimensions＇ effect on knowledge absorptive capacity. The research result shows that there are positive effects of entrepreneurial orientation＇s innovativeness, risk-taking and proactive dimensions on knowledge absorptive ability, but there are differences between them.
