摘要
介绍了以OV-101毛细管色谱柱为分析柱,邻苯二甲酸二乙酯为内标物,采用FID检测器对20%霉·稻瘟灵微乳剂中霉灵与稻瘟灵两组分同时进行气相色谱分离测定的方法。结果表明:霉灵与稻瘟灵的线性相关系数分别为0.999 6、0.999 7,标准偏差分别为0.151、0.125,变异系数分别为1.46%、1.22%,回收率分别为98.55%~101.74%、98.50%~100.67%。
A quantitative analysis method was established for determination ofhymexazol + isoprothiolane 20% ME by GC in this paper. The sample was separated on OV-101 capillary column using diethyl phthalate as internal standard and detected by flame ionization detector. The results showed that the linear correlation coefficients of hymexazol and isoprothiolane were 0.999 6 and 0.999 7, the standard deviations were 0.151 and 0.125, the coefficients of variation were 1.46% and 1.22%, the recoveries were 98.55%-101.74% and 98.50%-100.67%, respectively.
