急诊交锁髓内钉治疗胫骨骨折的临床观察

Clinical observaion on interlocking intramedullary nails in treatment of tibial fracture

目的探讨急诊交锁髓内钉治疗胫骨骨折的临床疗效。方法选取2015年2月至2017年2月本院收治的胫骨骨折患者80例,随机分成2组,每组40例,观察组采用急诊交锁髓内钉治疗,对照组采用普通钢板内固定治疗,观察治疗效果。结果观察组治疗有效率92.5%,对照组77.5%;观察组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,且观察组骨折愈合时间、出血量以及手术时间都少于对照组(P<0.05),有统计学意义。结论给予胫骨骨折患者实施急诊交锁髓内钉治疗,可以在一定程度上提升手术效果,缩短手术时间,减少出血量,而且骨折愈合时间也相对较短,效果显著,安全性高。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of emergency interlocking intramedullary nails in the treatment of tibial fractures. Methods Eighty inpatients with tibial fractures from February 2015 to February 2017 were randomly divided into two groups（n = 40 each）. The patients in the observation group were treated with emergency interlocking intramedullary nails, and the patients in the control group were treated with ordinary plate internal fixation.The clinical effects were observed. Results The effective rate was 92.5% in the observation group and 77.5% in the control group. The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the time of fracture healing, amount of bleeding and operation time in the observation group were less than those in the control group（P 〈0.05）.Conclusion The clinical effect of emergency interlocking intramedullary nails in the treatment of tibial fractures is well,including shortening the operation time, reducing the bleeding volume, and shortening the fracture healing time, and its safety is also high.
