摘要
目的了解武汉地区医疗机构口腔综合治疗台水系统细菌污染状况,为口腔诊疗用水卫生管理提供科学依据。方法抽取武汉地区53家医疗机构的口腔综合治疗台水样进行检测与分析;对口腔综合治疗台的旧管道和置换一周后新管进行管腔内物质活菌计数和条件致病菌培养及鉴定。结果瓶装水污染情况较自来水严重;手机水污染情况较三用枪水严重;三级医疗机构污染情况最严重;旧管和使用一周后新管内物质活菌计数均超过10~3cfu/ml,检出2种致病菌,5种条件致病菌。结论武汉地区医疗机构口腔综合治疗台水系统普遍受到微生物严重污染,应加强口腔诊疗用水水质的规范化管理。
Objective To investigate the microbial contamination status of DUWLs in stomatology department of medical institutions in Wuhan, so as to provide the scientific basis for health management of water for dental unit. Methods 53 medical institutions were selected by stratified sampling method and 444 water samples were detected. Plate counting and opportunistic pathogen bacteria identification were used to study the microbial contamination status in tube cavity of old pipeline and new pipelines used for a week which replaced the old ones of the 7 dental units. Results Pollution situation of bottled water was more serious than that of tap water; pollution situation of handpiece water was more serious than three ways syring water. The pollution situation of tertiary medical institutions was the most serious. The living bacteria in old tube and new tube were both counted higher than 103 cfu/ml, and two kinds of pathogenic bacteria and five kinds of conditional path- ogenic bacteria were checked out. Conclusion DUWLs of medical institutions in Wuhan are widespread polluted severely by microbes. So the standardization of the quality management of water for dental unit should be strengthened.
