聚氯乙烯柔性母排,又为叠片式绝缘软母排,是由多层防电晕、扁平且薄的铜片导体叠加,外层则采用挤塑方式包覆绝缘层制作而成。致力于研究如何设计出强度高、断裂伸长率较好、绝缘性好和阻燃性高的PVC绝缘料配方并实现它在柔性母排上的应用。

PVC flexible busbar, also known as laminated soft insulated busbar, is composed of multilayer corona proof and superposed fiat and thin copper conductors, and the outer layer is made of an extruded insulating layer. This paper focuses on how to design a PVC insulation material formula with high strength, good elongation at break, good insulation and high flame retardancy, and its application in the flexible busbar.
