摘要
以高锰酸钾(KMnO_4)为引发剂、甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)为单体,竹纤维进行接枝共聚反应。讨论接枝率与高锰酸钾溶液浓度、预处理温度、预处理时间、硫酸浓度、甲基丙烯酸甲酯浓度、接枝反应温度以及接枝反应时间的关系。结果表明:在实验条件为高锰酸钾浓度0.03 mol/L,预处理时间1 h,预处理温度70℃,硫酸浓度5 mmol/L,甲基丙烯酸甲酯体积含量6%,接枝反应温度70℃,接枝反应时间2.5 h时,竹纤维的接枝率可达142.93%,用接枝竹纤维与MMA可制备复合板材。
Take potassium permanganate (KMnO4) as initiator and methyl methacrylate (MMA) as monomer, for graft copolymerization with bamboo fiber. This paper discusses the relationship between the graft ratio and concentration of potassium permanganate solution, pretreatment temperature, pretreatment time, concentration of sulfuric acid, concentration of methyl methacrylate, graft reaction temperature and grafting reaction time. The results show when the concentration of potassium permanganate solution is 0.03 mol/L, pretreatment time is l h, pretreatment temperature is 70℃ , concentration of sulfuric acid is 5 mmol/ L, methyl methacrylate volume is 6%, grafting reaction temperature is 70℃, and the grafting reaction time is 2.5 h, the grafting rate of bamboo fiber is up to 142.93%.The grafted bamboo fiber and MMA can be used to prepare composite board.
