老年人养老意愿调查及启示——以四川省为例

The Investigation and Enlightenment of the Old Age Pension——Taking Sichuan Province as an Example

当前我国已经进入人口老龄化快速发展阶段。按照国际发展经验,人口老龄化必将带来养老服务业的蓬勃发展。供给和需求是分析经济活动的基本视角。通过对四川省老年人的养老态度和意愿进行调查分析后发现,现有的养老服务内容及形式与老年人的预期不匹配,老年人对养老服务的有效需求明显不足,或者说,养老服务业的供给与需求存在较严重的结构性矛盾。应加大对养老服务内容的结构性调整,多元化发展养老服务,加大养老服务业务宣传,切实加强和完善老年人基本养老服务,推动社会化养老的配套体制机制建设。

At present, China is in the stage of rapid development oi population aging. 2iccornmg to international experiences, the aging of population will bring vigorous development of pension service industry. Supply and demand are the basic points for analyzing economic activities. Through the investigation and analysis on the pension intentions of elderly in Sichuan province, this paper finds out that the contents and forms of existing pension services do not match the elderly expectations, effective demand of elderly is obviously insufficient. Namely, there are serious structural contradictions between the supply and demand of the service. Therefore, we should strengthen the structural adjustment of the development of pension services, develop pension service in a more diversified way, increase publicity of pension service, enhance and improve the elderly basic pension services, and promote the construction of supporting systems and mechanism of social pensions.
