摘要
天然橡胶初加工过程需要进行干胶破碎、洗涤等作业以清除杂质,改善橡胶制品的加工性能。本文针对现有技术中破胶、洗涤工序分设备、分开重复多次进行,对天然橡胶的塑性保持指数和拉伸强度影响以及劳动力强度和工作质量、效率需提升的弊端,对自主研制的双螺旋破胶挤洗机进行了结构原理阐述、性能指标测试,并进行了简要适用性分析,以期助推天然橡胶初加工工艺关键技术升级改进。
The theoretical calculation and the condensing temperature case were used to analyze the relationship between condensation temperature ,air supply temperature and the return air temperature and humidity in the heating type heat pump drying system.Calculation results show that when the air temperature is constant, air temperature and condensing temperature were decreased with the increase of air humidity and the air temperature downward trend is more obvious than the condensation temperature. The results can be used to explain the phenomenon that the continuous decline temperature occurs while the heating type heat pump drying system rises to a certain high value.
