辅用布托啡诺与地佐辛全麻诱导中血流动力学变化的比较 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨在甲状腺切除术过程中辅用布托啡诺与地佐辛全麻诱导中患者血流动力学指标的变化情况。方法选取梅州市人民医院2014年1月至2015年12月期间临床收治的甲状腺切除术患者105例为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将患者分成了地佐辛组51例和布托啡诺组54例。观察和比较两组患者不同时刻的血流动力学指标变化。结果地佐辛组患者切皮时(T2)、手术10分钟(T3)时刻的HR和MAP波动幅度水平显著低于布托啡诺组,组间比较差异有统计学意义;与布托啡诺组相比,地佐辛组患者的心率(HR)和平均动脉压(MAP)水平波动幅度更小。结论地佐辛应用于临床手术麻醉过程中的临床效果更好,患者的血流动力学指标更加平稳,与布托啡诺相比地佐辛是临床麻醉的理想用药。 Objective To investigate the changes of resection assisted with Bhutto butorphanol and dezocine anesthesia induction in patients with hemodynamic parameters during surgery. Methods From January 2014 to December 2015,105 patients of laparoscopic appendectomy in our hospital were selected as the research object. According to clinical anesthesia, they were divided into dezocine group 51 cases and Bhutto butorphanol group of 54 cases by random number table. The changes of blood flow dynamics at different times in the two groups were observed and compared. Results The HR and MAP level at T2, T3of the dezocine group were significantly lower than the Bhutto butorphanol group, the difference between groups was statistically significant; Compared with Bhutto butorphanol group, HR and MAP level of volatility of smaller dezocine group. Conclusion Dezocine for better clinical effect during clinical anesthesia surgery, hemodynamic indexes were more stable than dezocine and Bhutto butorphanol are ideal drugs in clinical anesthesia.
