饲粮中赖氨酸与含硫氨基酸不同比例对獭兔育肥后期被毛品质的影响 被引量:6

Effect of Dietary Lysine and Sulfur Amino Acid Ratio on Fur Quality of Rex Rabbit in Late Fattening Period

摘要 为探讨獭兔育肥后期饲粮中适宜的赖氨酸和含硫氨基酸比例,选择3月龄白色獭兔300只,随机分成6组,每组50只;对照组饲喂赖氨酸(0.80%)与含硫氨基酸(0.56%)比例为1∶0.7的基础日粮,试验Ⅰ组~试验Ⅴ组通过添加蛋氨酸调整赖氨酸与含硫氨基酸比例分别至1∶0.8、1∶0.9、1∶1.0、1∶1.1、1∶1.2;试验期为50 d,试验期间观察并记录各组獭兔的发病和死亡情况,试验结束时,测定并比较各组獭兔的被毛密度和被毛长度,分析皮张等级及市场比价,计算各组獭兔成活率。结果表明,试验Ⅱ组的被毛密度极显著高于对照组、试验Ⅲ组、试验Ⅴ组(P<0.01),显著高于试验Ⅳ组(P<0.05),试验Ⅰ组的被毛密度显著高于对照组、试验Ⅲ组、试验Ⅴ组(P<0.05);不同赖氨酸和含硫氨基酸比例对獭兔被毛长度无显著影响(P>0.05);一级皮张以试验Ⅰ组和试验Ⅱ组最多,均为25张,试验Ⅱ组的优级皮比例最高,达到73.33%;与试验Ⅱ组相比,对照组、试验Ⅲ组、试验Ⅳ组和试验Ⅴ组分别少收入4.75%、8.29%、5.70%和13.62%;试验Ⅰ组成活率最高,为100%,试验Ⅴ组成活率最低,为88.00%。综上表明,在该试验条件下(赖氨酸含量为0.80%),獭兔育肥后期饲粮中的赖氨酸与含硫氨基酸比例以(1∶0.8)^(1∶0.9)效果最好。 In order to determine the appropriate dietary lysine and sulfur amino acid ratio for Rex Rabbit in late fattening period, a total of 300 3-month-old white Rex Rabbit were randomly and averagely divided into six groups. The lysine (0.80%) and sulfur amino acid (0.56%) ratio in basal diet of control group was 1:0.7 and that of experimental Ⅰ to Ⅴ group was adjust to 1:0.8, 1:0.9, 1 : 1.0, 1 : 1.1, 1 : 1.2 by supplementing methionine. The experimental period lasted for 50 days; the disease incidence and mortality of Rex Rabbits in each group during the whole experiment period were observed and recorded, and the survival rate was calculated; at the end of the experiment, the hair density and hair length of Rex Rabbits in different groups were determined and statistically compared; the fur quality and market price of Rex Rabbits in different groups were evaluated and compared. The results revealed that the hair density of experimental Ⅱ group was very significantly higher than that of control group, experimental Ⅲ group and experimental Ⅴ group (P〈0.01), and was significantly higher than that of experimental Ⅳ group (P〈 0.05 ); the hair density of experimental I group was significantly higher than that of control group, experimental Ⅲ group and experimental V group (P〈0.05); different dietary lysine and sulfur amino acid ratio had no significant impact on hair length of Rex Rabbit (P〉0.05); there were 25 pieces of first-grade fur in both experimental I group and experimental Ⅱ group which were more than that in the other groups; the highest proportion (73.33%) of superior-grade fur was obtained in experimental Ⅱ group; the income from fur selling of control group, experimental Ⅲ group, experimental IV group and experimental V group was 4.75%, 8.29%, 5.70%, 13.62% less than that of experimental Ⅱ group; the highest (100%) and the lowest survival rate (88.00%) were observed in experimental Ⅰ group and experimental Ⅴ group, respectively. Under the experimental condition (basal diet containing 0.80% of lysine) of this study, the recommended dietary lysine and sulfur amino acid ratio for Rex Rabbit in late fattening period was ( 1:0.8)-(1:0.9).
