摘要
通过模拟自然光对PBO纤维曝晒,探讨曝晒时间对PBO纤维的性能和结构的影响。改变环境的温度、湿度,探讨模拟自然光曝晒对PBO纤维力学性能、表面形态和分子结构的影响。发现PBO纤维经自然光曝晒,先发生表层刻蚀,然后表层剥落,力学性能不断下降;温度的升高影响纤维表层剥落的速度,湿度的升高极大加速纤维表层的剥落和芯层的刻蚀。
The influence of exposure time on the structure and performance of PBO fiber by simulating natural light exposure was investigated. The mechanical properties, surface morphology and the molecular structure of PBO fibers were discussed by simulating natural light exposure as the temperature and humidity were changed. The results showed that the surface layer of PBO fiber was etched first and then peeled by simulated natural light exposure. And mechanical properties of PBO fiber continuously decreased. The increasing of temperature had an effect on the peeling speed of the surface fiber. The peeling speed of surface fiber layer and the etching speed of core layer were greatly accelerated with humidity increasing.
