摘要
引入泡沫技术对涤纶织物进行了抗静电整理。研究了抗静电剂用量、涂层厚度、发泡比、焙烘温度、焙烘时间对抗静电整理效果的影响,得知抗静电剂对整理效果影响大,涂层厚度影响较小。通过评价整理后织物的静电压半衰期和摩擦带电电压指标,初步确定了各影响因素的较佳范围。通过正交设计进行试验,进一步分析了各因素对试验效果影响的显著性,并获得了最佳工艺。最佳工艺:十二烷基硫酸钠3 g/L、海藻酸钠1g/L、羧甲基纤维素钠1 g/L、抗静电剂60 g/L、发泡比3.5、涂覆厚度5 mm、100℃下预烘2 min、155℃焙烘4 min。
The foam technology was introduced to the antistatic finishing of polyester fabric. The effects of antistatic agent dosage, coating thickness, foaming ratio, baking temperature and baking time on the antistatic finishing results were investigated. It was found that the antistatic agent dosage showed significant influences on the finishing results, while the coating thickness presented slight influences. The optimum ranges of these parameters were determined by evaluating the static voltage half-life and the friction charged voltage of the finished fabric. The orthogonal experiments were performed, followed by further analyzing the significance of each factors on the experimental results and obtaining the optimum process conditions. The optimum conditions were as follows: twelve sodium alkyl sulfate 3 g/L, sodium alginate 1 g/L, sodium carboxymethyl cellulose 1 g/L, antistatic agent 60 g/L, foaming ratio 3.5, coating thickness 5 mm, preliminary drying at 100℃ for 2 rain and baking at 155℃ for 4 min.
