血清降钙素原在判断感染患者病情严重程度方面的临床应用

Clinical application of serum procalcitonin in judging the severity of infection

目的分析临床判断感染患者病情严重程度时血清降钙素原的应用价值。方法选择本院ICU病房2015年5月至2016年5月期间收治的感染患者83例，依照有无感染性休克症状，40例伴有感染性休克患者记为A组，43例未伴有感染性休克记为B组，另选择同期在本院ICU病房中住院但未发生感染的患者40例，记为对照组。3组均接受血清降钙素原检测，并检查其C反应蛋白、白细胞计数，观察检测结果。结果A组、B组患者血清降钙素原、c反应蛋白、白细胞计数均高于对照组，且A组高于B组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论临床判断感染患者严重程度时，血清降钙素原的检测结果具有十分重要的指导意义，可提升判断的准确性，从而科学的调整治疗方案，改善患者预后。

Objective To analyze the clinical value of serum procalcitonin in judging the severity of infection. Methods 83 patients with infection admitted to ICU of our hospital from May 2015 to May 2016 were enrolled in the study. According to the symptoms of septic shock, they were divided into group A （n=40, with septic shock） and group B （n=43, without septic shock）. Another 40 patients without infection were selected as the control group at the same time. All groups received the detection of serum procalcitonin. C-reactive protein and white blood cell count were determined. Results The levels of serum procalcitonin, C reactive protein, and white blood cell count in group A and group B were higher than those in control group, and those were higher in group A than group B （P〈0.05）. Conclusions The detection of serum procalcitonin is helpful in judging the severity of infection. It can improve the accuracy of the judgment, which is important for the scientific adjustment of treatment to improve the prognosis of patients.
