鼻咽癌适形调强放疗疗效观察

Observation on the curative effect of conformal intensity-modulated radiotherapy for nasopharyngeal carcinoma

目的分析鼻咽癌适形调强放疗的疗效。方法选取本院152例鼻咽癌患者，选用动态或者经典的适形调强放疗技术对患者进行治疗。结果患者的治疗总有效率是90．79％。肿瘤局部控制率1年为99．3％，2年为97．4％，5年为93．4％。鼻咽癌患者适形调强放疗治疗后的生存期1年占99．3％，2年占91．5％，5年占84．2％。患者出现急性反应多在1—3级，出现4级的情况较少。结论鼻咽癌患者应用适形调强放疗能降低急性反应、剂量分布正确合理，对肿瘤局部有良好的控制率，是目前临床中较为理想的鼻咽癌放射治疗方法。

Objective To analyze the curative effect of conformal intensity-modulated radiotherapy for nasopharyngeal carcinoma. Methods 152 patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma who received treatment in our hospital were selected, and all of the patients were treated with dynamic or classical conformal intensity-modulated radiotherapy. Results The total effective rate of treatment was 90.79%; and the local tumor control rate in 1 year was 99.3%, and that in 2 years was 97.4%, and that in 5 years was 93.4%. Among patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma after conformal intensity-modulated radiotherapy, those survived 1 year accounted for 99.3%, and those survived 2 years for 91.5%, and those survived 5 years for 84.2%. Most of the acute reactions were at grade 1-3, rarely at grade 4. Conclusion For patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma, conformal intensity-modulated radiotherapy is evenly distributed, which can reduce the acute response and effective control the local tumor＇s development; therefore, it is an ideal radiation therapy for the treatment of nasopharyngeal carcinoma in clinical practice.
