和胃宝胶囊治疗幽门螺杆菌和消化性溃疡的临床研究

Clinical study of Heweibao capsule in the treatment of helieobacter pylori and peptic ulcer

目的观察和胃宝胶囊根除幽门螺杆菌及治疗消化性溃疡的临床疗效。方法将消化性溃疡患者随机分为和胃宝治疗组和西药对照组，对照组予常规西药治疗。治疗组在对照组基础上口服和胃宝胶囊治疗，3粒，次，3次，d。两组均连续治疗2周，两组胃十二指肠黏膜损伤、幽门螺杆菌消除率及临床疗效比较。结果治疗组症状改善率、不良反应发生率分别为96．2％、2．94％，治疗后胃黏膜损伤、十二指肠黏膜损伤评分分别为（0．76±0．16）分和（0．80±0．18）分；对照组症状改善率、不良反应发生率分别为83．6％、27．72％，治疗后胃黏膜损伤、十二指肠黏膜损伤评分分别为（1．52±0．28）分和（1．47±0．31）分，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；治疗组胃溃疡、十二指肠溃疡、复合型溃疡治疗总有效率分别为93．9％、93．4％、87．5％，幽门螺旋杆菌根除率94．1％；对照组胃溃疡、十二指肠溃疡、复合型溃疡治疗总有效率分别为90．3％、96．9％、66．7％，幽门螺旋杆菌根除率93．1％，差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论和胃宝胶囊治疗幽门螺杆菌和消化性溃疡疗效确切，值得临床治疗中推广使用。

Objective To observe the curative effect of Heweibao capsule on helicobacter pylori eradication and peptic ulcer. Methods Patients with peptic ulcer were randomly divided into Heweibao treatment group and western medicine control group. The control group was treated with conventional western medicine, and the treatment group was treated with oral Heweibao capsule on the basis of the control group, 3 grains/time, 3 fimes/d. The two groups were treated for 2 weeks. Compared gastroduodenal mucosal injury, helicobacter pylori eradication rate and clinical efficacy of the two groups. Results The improvement rate of symptoms of the treatment group was 96.2%, the rate of adverse reactions was 2.94%, the score of gastric mucosal injury was （0.76±0.16）, the score of duodenal mucosal injury was （0.80±0.18）, those of the control group were 83.6%, 27.72%, （1.52±0.28）, （1.47±0.31）, with statistically significant differences between the two groups （P〈0.05）. The total treatment effective rate of gastric ulcer, duodenal ulcer, compound ulcer of the treatment group were 93.9%, 93.4%, 87.5%, the helicobacter pylori eradication rate was 94.1%, those of the control group were 90.3%, 96.9%, 66.7%, 93.1%, without statistically significant differences between the two groups （P〉0.05）. Conclusion Heweibao capsule is effective in the treatment of helicobacter pylori and peptic ulcer, worthy to be popularized in the clinical treatment.
