彩超及四维超声筛查对中孕期胎儿畸形的诊断价值

The Diagnostic Value of Color Doppler Ultrasound and Four Dimensional Ultrasound Screening for Fetal Malformation During Pregnancy

目的:分析和研究彩超及四维超声筛查对中孕期胎儿畸形的诊断价值。方法:选取我院在2012年1月-2016年8月期间收治中孕期976例孕妇,采用彩超以及四维超声对胎儿畸形进行筛查,对所有孕妇的临床资料进行分析,找出彩超以及四维超声的判断价值。结果:在976例胎儿中,在出生或者是引产后发现共有45例胎儿存在畸形情况,采用彩超以及四维超声筛查出43例胎儿畸形,漏诊2例。结论:在筛查中孕期胎儿是否存在畸形的过程中采用彩超及四维超声技术,具有重要判断价值,值得推广。

Objective： To analyze and study the diagnostic value of color doppler ultrasound and four-dimensional ultrasound in the diagnosis of fetal malformation during pregnancy. Methods： In our hospital from January 2012 to August 2016 during the pregnancy from 976 pregnant women, the use of ultrasound and four-dimensional ultrasound on fetal malformation screening, the clinical data of all pregnant women were analyzed, and find out the ultrasound diagnostic value of four-dimensional ultrasound. Results： In 976 cases, 45 cases of fetal malformation were found after birth or induction of labor, and 43 cases were diagnosed by color doppler ultrasound and four dimensional ultrasound. 2 cases were missed diagnosis.
