放射科是医院实施诊疗工作中的重要辅助科室,在现代医疗设备与技术不断发展的背景下,放射技术人员应当以影像诊断为导向,努力提升放射技术水平。医院首先应该引导全体医务人员(尤其是放射技术人员)理解放射技术在临床应用中的积极意义,然后了解放射设备与技术在临床实际应用中的现状,并相应采取严格控制放射治疗适应症、加强管理X线机等放射设备及提升放射技术人员的专业素质等质量控制措施,以提高放射影像水平,促使放射操作流程科学化与规范化,从而有助于降低医院废片率,避免放射诊断过程中的漏诊或者误诊事件,进一步提升医院的服务质量。

The radiology department is an important auxiliary department in hospital for diagnosis and treatment work, with the constant development of modern medical equipment and technical background, the radiation technicians should be guided by imaging diagnostic, efforts to enhance the level of radiation technology. Hospital should first guide all the medical personnel （especially radiation technician） understand the positive significance in the clinical application of radiation technology, and then understand the radiation equipment and technology in the clinical application of the status quo, and corresponding to take control of radiation treatment indications strictly, strengthening the management of X-ray machine and so on radiation equipment and improve radiation quality control measures such as technical personnel＇s professional quality, and to improve the level of radiation imaging, prompt radiation process more scientific and standardized operation, thereby helping to reduce hospital waste piece rate, avoid missed diagnosis or misdiagnosis case in the course of diagnostic radiology, further enhance the quality of service of the hospital.
