摘要
为了寻求降低紧密赛络纺27.8 tex棉/毛90/10纱在细纱工序的吨纱生产成本,介绍了原料选择、细纱工艺及因素分析,从换纱工包覆质量、锭速和紧密纺负压值3个主要因素入手,寻求降低紧密赛络纺细纱工序吨纱生产成本的措施。结果表明:通过提高细纱机车速来提高产量,可以降低每吨纱的固定设备折旧费、固定用电费及人工成本费;通过优化紧密纺的负压值,可以降低风机的实际消耗功率,减少每吨纱的用电量;通过操作培训,总体用工降低6人。通过以上改进措施,使吨纱成本控制在内控标准内。
In order to reduce the production cost of tense yarns in compact spun yarn which is 27.8 tex cotton/wool 90/10 yarns, the selection of raw materials, spinning process and factor analysis are introduced. From the quality, spinning negative pressure value of the three main factors, it seeks to the measures to reduce the production costs of tight race spun yarn. The point is: by increasing the spinning speed to increase production, reduce the average per ton of fixed equipment depreciation, fixed electricity and labor costs. By optimizating the negative pressure of compact spinning, it reduces the actual consumption of the fan power and reduces electricity consumption per ton volume. By operational training, the overall employment reduces 6 individuals. Through the above improvements, the cost of yarn control is in the internal control standards.
