摘要
以苎麻面料为试验原料,当反应溶液中氢氧化钠∶尿素∶四硼酸钠十水化合物∶甘油的质量比为7∶12∶3∶5,温度为-10℃,时间为10 min时对苎麻面料进行低温柔化处理,通过对面料的SEM、XRD、弯曲长度和刺痒感进行测试,探究低温柔化处理后苎麻面料刺痒感的变化。试验结果表明:经过低温柔化处理后,苎麻纤维的结晶度下降了19.5%,面料表面较粗的纤维末端被分成了很多的柔软原纤化纤维,面料的弯曲长度下降了10.7%,面料的刺痒感得到了明显降低,有效地提高了苎麻面料的服用性能,与此同时,也证明了碱-尿素低温柔化处理工艺的有效性。
The ramie fabric was treated with ramie fabric at temperature of- 10 ℃ and time of 10 min, when the mass ratio of sodium hydroxide: urea: sodium tetraborate decahydrate: glycerol was 7: 12:3:5. Through the SEM, XRD, bending length and prickle test of the ramie fabric after low temperature softening treatment, it studied the performance after low temperature softening treatment. The results showed that the crystallinity of the ramie fiber decreased by 19.5% after the softening treatment at low temperature. The thick fiber end of the fabric was divided into many soft fibrillated fibers, the bending length of the fabric was decreased by 10.7%. And the effect of alkali-urea softening treatment at low temperature was also proved.
