摘要
目的研究不同速度和长径比破片的创伤弹道学特点,为高速破片伤的临床救治提供参考。方法采用肥皂靶20块,分别在速度1 900m/s、1 100m/s、500m/s下用长径比为1的破片和速度1 100m/s下用长径比为0.5、1、2的破片对其进行正向冲击试验,观察各组破片侵彻肥皂靶的弹道学特点,分析其差别和弹道规律。结果破片长径比为1时,随着破片飞行速度增大,其弹道入口直径、弹道深度和弹道容积均不同程度增大,但弹道深度增大程度较小;速度为1 100m/s时,随着破片长径比增大,其弹道入口直径减小,弹道深度增大,弹道容积变化趋势不明显。结论破片飞行速度和其长径比在不同程度上影响其弹道直径、弹道深度和弹道空腔容积,这对由其导致战创伤的诊断和救治具有重要参考意义。
Objective To study the ballistic characteristics of different types of fragments, and provide use- ful references for the clinical treatment. Methods Twenty pieces of soap were respectively penetrated by steel fragments with 1 length-diameter ratio at the speed of 1 900m/s, 1 100m/s, 500m/s, and by steel fragments with 0. 5,1,2 length-diameter ratio at the speed of 1 100m/s. Then the ballistic characteristics was analyzed and the differences between the ballistic characteristics were observed. Results When the length diameter ratio of the fragment was 1 ,the entrance diameter,depth and volume of ballistic cavity were increased in different degrees with the increased velocity, but the depth of the cavity was relatively smaller. When the speed was 1 100m/s, the entrance diameter of the cavity was decreased with increase length diameter ratio, and there was no significant difference between the volumes with increased depth. Conclusion The fragment's speed and length-diameter ratios affect the ballistic diameter, depth and cavity volume in different degrees, which have great value for the diagnosis and treatment of trauma caused by high speed fragments.
