摘要
[目的/意义]揭示中国生物技术药物协同创新现状。[方法/过程]利用三螺旋模型,以中国公开发明专利为研究对象测度生物技术药物领域中官产学互动关系,获取计量分析结果并提出建议。[结果/结论]研究表明近十年来中国生物技术药物领域的政府、企业和高校之间的合作不断加强,尤其是高校和企业、企业和政府之间形成了有效互动;但能够贯通整个产业链(企业、大学和政府)的合作案例仍然较少,对整个中国生物技术药物产业的促进作用仍然有限。提出提高研发成果转化效率,以市场和医疗卫生机构需求为导向改变产、学、研、医脱节现状,建立产业集群等建议。
[Purpose/significance]The paper is to reveal the status quo of China's synergetic innovation of biotech-drugs.[Method/process]The paper uses Triple Helix Model, takes China's issued invention patents as research object, to measure the interaction between government, education and industries in the field of biotech-drug, then gains results of quantitative analysis and proposes suggestions. [Result/conclusion]Research shows that cooperation between government, education and enterprise in the field of biotech drugs has been strengthened in the last decade in China, especially in the formation of efficient interactions between education and enterprise, as well as enterprise and governments. However, cooperation cases through the whole industrial chain(enterprise, education and government) are less, which limits the promotion effect on the whole industry. It proposes to improve the efficiency in transforming RD achievements, to take demand of market and health care organizations as the guidance to change the disjointing among production, education, research and medicine, and to establish industrial cluster.
