摘要
[目的/意义]旨在为高校图书馆微信平台运营提供有益的参考。[方法/过程]统计分析哈尔滨商业大学图书馆微信平台运营的用户增加及图文推送等后台数据,对微信平台运营实践进行研究。[结果/结论]提出在顶层设计、岗位设置与全员参与、建立健全相关制度、加强与用户交流互动等方面的实施策略。
[Purpose/significance]The paper is to provide a useful reference for operation of university library WeChat platform. [Method/process]The paper carries out statistical analysis on background data of library WeChat platform operation of Harbin University of Commerce, including users increase and graphic push, and studies on operation practice of WeChat platform.[Result/conclusion]The paper puts forward some implementation strategies, including top designing, post setting and all staff participation, relevant systems establishing and improving, and strengthening interaction with users.
