摘要
对现有风速及风电功率预测研究方向和研究方法进行了总结分析,分析对比各自的特点,并在此基础上提出以下建议以进一步研究。
This paper expounded the wind speed prediction research direction and technique research, through analyzing and comparing their respective characteristics ,further noted their application scope and development direction.
