摘要
本文主要介绍了国内外流态化床分选设备的基本分选原理与结构,分析了该设备的发展方向和趋势。分析表明,流态化床分选设备的发展趋势是,借助CFD软件,通过优化流态化床分选设备的结构,添加复合力场或流场,提高其分选粗粒级矿物的效果,扩大其在粗煤泥及金属矿选矿中的应用。
The present paper introduces the basic separation principle and separation structures of fluidised-bed separator and analyzes its application and evolution. The results indicate that the developing tendency of fluidised-bed separator is optimizing the separation structures by means of CFD and adding composite force field or flow field to enhance the recovery of coarse particles and enlarge the application in the coarse coal slime separation and metal beneficiation.
