摘要
赤泥是氧化铝生产过程中的固体废弃物,大量堆放对自然生态环境带来严重的危害和安全隐患。但其含有多种有价金属如钛、钪,是一种可利用的二次资源。本文介绍了国内外赤泥中钛的回收方法和最新研究进展,钛的提取方法主有焙烧预处理-炉渣浸出工艺和酸浸工艺,对这些方法的工艺原理和特点进行了分析,并对赤泥回收钛及综合利用的发展方向进行了讨论。
Red mud is the solid waste trom alumina production. A lot ot red mud does serious harm to natural ecological environment and security,the red mud also contains a range of valuable metals, such as titanium and scandium, and it may be considered secondary raw material. Processes and latest progress in recovery of titanium from red mud are summarized. Pre-roasted of red mud-leaching of roasting slag and acid leaching are introduced and their principles are analyzed. The research direction is pointed on recovering titanium from red mud and complex utilization.
