网络语言暴力的出现给社会人文环境带来了严重的负面影响,其产生有着多重复杂原因,其中社会文化因素影响尤为深刻。社会文化因素对网络语言暴力现象的影响主要表现在道德价值、社会心理、社会习惯等方面;治理网络语言暴力需要通过推进精神文明建设、建设和谐社会、完善监督机构、完善法律法规等途径实现。

The emergence of cyber violence brought serious negative influence to the social and cultural environment. The cause of cyber-violence is sophisticated as it involves many factors. Among all the factors, the social cultural factor is the one that has the deepest influence on cyber-violence, which is shown in seven aspects like moral values, social psychology, social conven- tions, etc. In order to curb cyber-violence, seven countermeasures like strengthening civilization construction, building harmonious society, completing monitoring system and legislation system, etc. , are put forward in this paper.
