摘要
大学英语与双语教学的衔接缺失是双语教学效果欠佳的根源之一,通过分析双语教学现实需求和大学英语教学新任务,阐释通用学术英语的角色与功能得出结论:通用学术英语课程是实现大学英语与双语教学有效衔接的一种可行路径。
The inadequate transition between College English course and bilingual courses is one of the root reasons for poor Effect in bilingual teaching. By analyzing the practical needs of bilingual teaching, the new requirements in College English, and the role and function of General Academic English, this paper proposes that General Academic English course is a feasible way for the effective transition between College English and bilingual courses.
