基于工程范式的高等教育人才培养体系研究 被引量:5

摘要 目前,我国高等教育基本上处在传统的教育范式即科学范式指导下,存在着"重理论轻实践、重操作轻创新、重专业轻基础"等问题,无法适应经济社会发展对人才培养的新要求,需要从根本上更新教育理念,转换教育范式,从传统的科学范式向现代工程范式转换。高等教育从科学范式向工程范式的转换是大学转型的必然要求,也是解决当前高等教育人才培养质量的必然要求。文章分析了目前高等教育范式存在的问题;阐述了现代工程范式的研究现状与内涵;从教育理念、培养定位、培养标准、课程体系、教学方法、考核评价、质监监控和评估反馈等8个方面构建了工程范式人才培养体系的基本框架。 At present,higher education,which is basically guided by the traditional scientific paradigm,has the main problem that priority is given to theory,operation and specialty rather than practice,innovation and foundation.This can not meet the needs of knowledge economy society for talents and need the renewing of education idea fundamentally and the transformation of the paradigm of higher education, that is, the transformation from traditional scientific paradigm to modern engineering paradigm.Therefore,the transformation of higher education from the scientific paradigm to engineering paradigm is the inevitable requirement of the transformation of the university as well as the inevitable requirement of improving the current higher education personnel training quality.The paper analyzes the problems existing in the current paradigm of higher education,expounds the research status and connotation of engineering paradigm, and constructs the talent training system of engineering paradigm from the eight aspects of education idea, cultivation orientation, training standards,curriculum system,teaching methods,assessment,quality supervision and evaluation feedback.
