摘要
根据航标效能影响因素现状建立了包含3个一级指标、11个二级指标和30个3级指标的航标效能定量指标体系。运用层次分析法确定不同层次指标权重,并将建立的评估模型应用到厦门湾水域中,评估结果与实际情况较吻合。
According to the factors of aids to navigation efficiency, an assessment index system with first- layer of three factors, second-layer of eleven and third-layer thirty factors was established. The AHP was applied to calculate various factors＇ weights of quantitative assessment aids to navigation efficiency. Finally the model was used to evaluate the efficiency of aids to navigation in Xiamen bay. The assessment results agreed well with the actual situation.
