2型糖尿病患者中性粒细胞/淋巴细胞与血糖控制水平相关性研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨2型糖尿病患者(T_DM)中性粒细胞/淋巴细胞(NLR)与糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)的关系。方法在中国医科大学附属第一医院HIS数据库中,采用回顾性分析体检报告的方法,选取2015年1—12月在医院健康管理中心进行健康体检,且诊断为T_DM者,共计589人。根据HbA1c水平分为HbA1c≤6.1%组110例,6.1%<HbA1c≤7.0%组214例,HbA1c>7.0%组265例,比较3组间HbA1c水平与其他指标的差异及相关性。结果方差分析结果显示,T_DM患者中空腹血糖(FPG)、甘油三酯(TG)、白细胞计数(WBC)、中性粒细胞及NLR在3组间的差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Pearson线性相关分析显示,HbA1c与FPG、TG、中性粒细胞计数和NLR呈正相关。Logistic回归分析结果显示,FPG(OR=1.760,95%可信区间1.434~2.161)与NLR(OR=1.270,95%可信区间1.015~1.589)是HbA1c的独立影响因素。结论 T_DM患者中,NLR与血糖升高有关。 Objective To investigate the relationship between neutrophil-lymphocyte ratio (NLR)and HbAlc in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods The population diagnosis of T2DM of 589 from the Health Medical Center from January to December 2015 were enrolled. All the 589 cases were divided into 3 groups according to their HbAlc levels. The group of HbAlc less than 6. 1% group( n = 110) ,the group of HbAlc more than 6. 1% and less than 7.0% ( n =214) ,and the group of HbAlc more than 7.0% ( n = 265). The difference and correlation between HbAlc and other indicators were compared among the three groups. Results Univariate analysis results showed that the differences of FPG, TG, WBC, neutrophil and NLR of T2DM patients had statistical significance (P 〈 0.05 ). Pearson linear analysis showed that HbAlc was positively associated with FPG, TG, neutrophils, and NLR. Logistic regression a- nalysis showed that FPG ( OR = 1. 760,95 % CI: 1. 434 - 2. 161 ) and NLR ( OR = 1. 270,95% CI: 1. 015 - 1. 589) were independent risk factors for HbAlc. Conclusion NLR is associated with the raise of blood glucose in T2DM patients.
