摘要
目的:分析个性化护理在耳鼻喉门诊患者内窥镜检查中的应用效果。方法:选取笔者所在医院2016年1-12月于门诊就诊的患者800例,所有入选患者均接受了内窥镜检查,随机将患者分为研究组和对照组,每组400例,研究组采用个性化护理,对照组采用常规护理,治疗结束后,对患者进行满意度调查,对比两组患者的临床护理满意情况。结果:研究组患者护理工作满意度为96.8%,高于对照组的88.2%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对门诊内窥镜检查患者实施个性化护理,可降低患者的负面情绪,提高满意度。
Objective: To analyze the application effect of humanistic nursing otolaryngology outpatients with endoscopy.Method: From January 2016 to December 2016, 800 patients underwent endoscop were randomly divided into study group and control group, with 400 cases in each group, the study group was given humanistic nursing care, and the control group was given routine nursing, after treatment, the clinical nursing satisfaction of two groups were compared.Result: The satisfaction degree of the patients in the study group was 96.8%, higher than 88.2% of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P〈O.05).Conclusion: The implementation of humanistic nursing in outpatient endoscopy patients, can reduce the negative emotion of patients and improve the satisfaction.
