B超引导下塞丁格穿刺技术在血液肿瘤患者中的应用护理

The Application and Care of Ultrasound Guided Plug Dingle Puncture Technology in Blood Cancer Patients

目的:探讨血液肿瘤患者在B超引导下选择塞丁格穿刺技术的可行性及有效性,并对其护理干预措施进行分析。方法:选择笔者所在医院2015年6月-2016年8月收治的血液肿瘤患者66例作为研究对象,均于B超引导下选择塞丁格穿刺技术进行置管。以抽签的形式展开随机分组,对照组:基础常规护理;观察组:基础常规护理+个性化护理。结果:在首次穿刺成功率及穿刺总成功率方面,观察组均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在穿刺时间、置管费用、并发症方面,观察组均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对于血液肿瘤患者,在B超引导下选择塞丁格穿刺技术,配合开展个性化护理干预措施,可以提高穿刺成功率,减少穿刺时间,降低置管费用,降低置管机械性静脉炎、置管静脉血栓等并发症发生率。

Objective： To explore the feasibility and effectiveness of ultrasound guided plug dingle puncture technology in blood eaneer patients and to analyze their nursing intervention measures.Method： 66 cases of patients with blood cancer in our hospital from June 2015 to August 2016 were selected.All patients were given ultrasound guided plug dingle catheter puncture technology.They were randomly grouped in the form of lottery.The control group applied basic conventional nursing; the observation group applied basic routine care and personalized cam.Result： The success rate of first puncture and the total success rate of puncture in the＂ observation group were higher than those in the control group, the differences were statistically signifieant（P〈O.05）.The puncture time, catheter cost and the complications of the observation group were better than those of tbe control group, the differences were statistically signific, ant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： For blood cancer patients, under the ultrasound guide choice dingle piercing technology cooperate with the individualized nursing intervention measures can improve the success rate of puncture, reduce the puncture time and the catheter cost, reduce the incidence of catheter mechanical phlebitis and catheter complications such as venous thrombosis.
