摘要
本研究旨在探讨台湾偏远地区中小学教师幸福感、学校组织气氛对离职倾向之影响;并了解教师的离职倾向在教师幸福感、学校组织气氛等变量交互作用下之调节效果。以南投县偏远地区中小学教师为研究对象,采用问卷调查方式,针对374名中小学教师进行施测并进行描述性统计分析、独立样本t检验、相关分析以及逐步回归分析,结果发现:(1)服务学校影响到中小学教师的教师幸福感、学校组织气氛及离职倾向,小学教师的教师幸福感、学校组织气氛及离职倾向感受均高于初中教师;(2)教师幸福感对离职倾向有直接影响,表示教师幸福感越高,离职倾向也越低;(3)学校组织气氛对离职倾向有直接影响,在幸福感和离职倾向之间起调节作用。
This study is to discuss the teacher's well-being and elementary schools in remote districts, and the Organi on teacher's turnover intentions of junior schools zational Climate of school variable. On research method, the subjects of this study were Junior schools teachers and elementary schools teachers in the remote districts of Nantou. A paper-based questionnaires as a survey method is used. A total of 374 questionnaires were distributed. Statistical analysis was conducted to find results such as mean, standard deviation, t test, one-way analysis of variance, and Pearson's product-moment correlation. The analysis results indicate that: (1) Teacher's well-being has a positive impact on teachers' turnover intentions. (2) Hindrance, the friendship between colleagues and disengagement in the Organizational Climate of school have a moderating effect on teacher's wellbeing and teachers' turnover intentions. (3) The differences in age, marriage status, education background, office duty and residence have significant discrepancies in teachers' life satisfaction.
