摘要
国际学术流动是高等教育改革和高等教育国际化的重要内容。本研究使用2011—2012年的亚洲学术职业调查的中日两国数据对大学教师的国际流动性作了相关分析,得出以下结论:首先,在性别、年龄和专业等方面,中日两国的大学教师的国际流动性有差异。其次,中日两国多数大学教师没有得到国外学位。而在国外取得学位的教师中,在日本,从北美获得学位的人数较多;在中国,欧洲学位获得者较多。第三,国际流动性不一定能提升学术产出。
International mobility of teachers is an important content of high education reform and internationalization of high education. However, there is limited literature examining the international mobility of teachers in China and Japan. Using the data of China and Japan about the Changing Academic Profession in Asia (APA) survey, which was conducted in 2011-2012, this study found that: firstly, there are significant differences between the teachers from these two countries in gender, age and their majors;secondly, most of them didn't go abroad to study and get their doctor's degree.
