“互联网+”时代下的档案利用探析——以手机档案馆为例

Analysis of Archives Utilization in "Internet plus" Environment——Take the Case of Mobile Phone Archives

"互联网+"强调互联网与传统行业的深度融合、重塑再造。本文以手机档案馆为例,对"互联网+"环境下的档案利用进行了探析。目前传统的档案利用有很大局限,借鉴图书馆、博物馆与"互联网+"融合的案例,手机档案馆的建设具有很大前景。对"互联网+档案利用"的具体途径探析可以从手机客户端和借助微信平台两个方面展开工作。面对"互联网+"档案界还存在着服务观念没有与时俱进、工作人员素质能力尚未满足新要求、软硬件投入不足等问题,应认识到"互联网+"既是机遇也是挑战,在大数据背景下利用档案时更要要强化专业性、体现互动性、保持创新性。

Taking the mobile phone archives as an example, this paper analyses the archives utilization in the ＂Internet plus＂ environment. At present, the traditional utilizing ways have lots of limitations, so the construction of the mobile phone archives has great prospects with reference to the integration cases of library, museum and ＂Internet plus＂. The concrete ways of ＂internet plus＂ archives utilization can be explored from two aspects of mobile phones and Wechat platform. In the ＂Internet plus＂ environment, many problems still exist such as service concept＇s failure to keep tip with times, staff＇s incompetence to meet new demands, and inadequate investment in both hardware and software. It should be realized that the ＂Internet plus＂ is not only opportunities but also challenges, so we need to strengthen professionalism, reflect interaction and maintain creativity in archives utilization under big data background.
