提升大学生创新创业能力的几点思考

Some Thoughts on Improving College Students' Ability of Innovation and Entrepreneurship

为适应"大众创业、万众创新"的国家战略,高等学校均高度重视创新创业教育的开展,但一些高校实施的效果并不理想。当前高校创新创业教育中存在着职业观念陈旧、重理论轻实践、指导教师队伍缺乏实战经验、教学评价机制存在弊端及学校没有匹配相应的资源等等障碍。针对此,要从营造创新创业文化、鼓励教师参与创新创业实践、教学中强调学以致用、改革教学评价机制、匹配相关资源等方面来提升大学生创新创业能力。

In order to adapt to the ＂national entrepreneurship and innovation＂ national strategy, colleges and universities attach great importance to innovation and entrepreneurship education. Howev- er, some colleges and universities have not got the desired results after implementation. At present, the innovation and entrepreneurship education in Colleges and universities are featured with obsolete occupational ideas, emphasizing theory and neglecting practice, teachers＇ lack of practical experi- ence, teaching evaluation mechanism defects and no corresponding resources are matched. To tackle these problems, several ways were suggested in this paper to improve college students＇ innovation ability, including creating innovative entrepreneurial culture, encouraging teachers to participate in practice and innovation in teaching practice, emphasizing the reform of teaching evaluation mecha- nism, and matching related resources.
