少数民族传统街区改造研究——以铜仁市木黄镇老街区整备项目为例

Study on the Renovation of Minority's Traditional Blocks——A Case of Old Block Renovation Project of Muhuang Town,Tongren

在对铜仁市木黄镇土家族、苗族民族特色街区的整备改造案例解说的基础上,总结了中国少数民族传统村镇保护、再生的建设原则和方法。论述了少数民族传统街区整备规划的基本依据是对城市历史形态调研、数据信息采集和分析。以定性、定量为依据的基础上开展规划改造实施计划,从对非物质和物态两个方面变迁的把握,才能有效地制定城镇发展策略、建设标准和原则。同时,提出了保护民族传统建筑文化持续发展的重要因素是要解决保护、传承与使用之间的相适性问题和解决方案。

Based on the explanation of reorganization and outfit case of Tujia and Miao character- istic blocks in Muhuang Town, Tongren City, the paper summarizes the principles and methods of the protection and regeneration of traditional villages and towns in China. The paper discusses the fundamental basis of national minority traditional block reorganization and outfit planning is to investigate the urban historical form and analyze the data collected. Based on the qualitative and quantitative analysis, the planning and reform implementation plan is developed. Urban development strategy, construction standards and principles can be formulated according to the two aspects of the changes of material and immaterial culture. At the same time, the paper puts forward that the important factor of protecting the sustainable development of traditional architectural culture is to solve the problems among protection, inheritance and usage.
