摘要 针对液位控制系统需快速实现高低液位控制的需求,提出基于Larsen模型的模糊PID液位控制系统。该系统以偏差和偏差变化率为输入,以比例系数,积分系数和微分系数作为输出,利用Larsen模型的模糊推理规则对PID参数进行整定,结合模糊控制和PID控制的优点,建立语言控制规则,获取数学模型,从而实现对液位系统的优化控制。MATLAB仿真结果表明,基于Larsen模型的模糊PID液位控制系统比PID液位控制系统的超调量降低,调节时间大幅度缩短,具有良好的动态特性且鲁棒性强。 A fuzzy PID liquid level control need of high and low level control in liquid deviation rate are used as inputs, the pro system based on Larsen model is proposed to meet the level control system. In this system, the deviation and portional coefficient, integral coefficient, differential coefficient are used as outputs. The PID parameters are then set by using the fuzzy inference rule of Larsen model. Combining the advantages of fuzzy control and PID control, the rules of language control is easily established and the mathematic model is obtained to realize the optimal control of the liquid level system. MATLAB simulation results show that the overshoot from the fuzzy PID liquid level control system based on Larsen model is lower than that from PID liquid level control system, and the adjustment time is greatly shortened, which is proved to have good dynamic characteristics and strong robustness.
