摘要 针对中小批量工件内小孔毛刺去除成本高的现状,运用TRIZ理论对当前电解去毛刺加工装置存在的问题进行分析,建立电解去毛刺装置的功能结构并确定了各功能元的作用及连接关系。在此基础上,对工装夹具、电解液系统及装置壳体进行了创新设计,并完成加工电源的选型及控制系统设计。该装置操作方便、结构小巧、成本低廉、安全可靠。 In view of high cost for small amount workpiece holes deburring, the existing problems in the current electrochemical deburring device were analyzed by using TRIZ theory. The functional structure of the electrochemical deburring device was established and the functions and connection relationship of the functional units were determined. Based on these, the clamps, electrolyte system and device shell were designed through innovation method. What' s more, the type of the processing power was selected and control system was designed. The device has advantages of convenient operation, compact construction, low cost, safety and reliability.
