矫平剪板机组控制系统设计

Design of Leveling and Shearing Machine Set Control System

设计一套矫平剪板机组控制系统,矫平剪板机组中的控制对象主要有直流矫平电机、多个交流异步电机、液压缸和液压马达。该控制系统采用无锡汇联的S2N-24MR型号PLC作为控制器,实现对各个控制对象快速准确的控制;采用威纶的TK6100iV5型号触摸屏作为人机界面,实现参数的设定和显示;采用欧陆590作为调速器,实现对直流矫平电机的启停和速度控制。该控制系统具有自动、手动和点动3种工作模式,可以满足不同工况的需求;在一个工作周期内采用高速运行和低速运行相结合的方式,有效地保证了矫平剪板的精度,定长剪板精度达到1 mm/1 000 mm。该控制系统已经应用于实际生产,取得了良好的控制效果,满足了预期的设计要求。

Leveling and shearing machine set control system was designed based on PLC, control objects of leveling and shearing machine set included DC leveling motor, multiple AC asynchronous motors, hydraulic cylinders and hydraulic motors. S2N-24MR PLC of Slian was used as controller to control the controlled objects quickly and accurately. TK6100iV5 touch screen was used as HMI to input and display parameters. Eurotherm 590 was used as speed governor to achieve start-stop control and speed control of leveling motor. The control system had three modes to meet requirements of different conditions, modes included automatic, jog and manual ; both high speed and low speed running were adopted in each work cycle to effectively assure the processing precision, precision of the fixedlength achieved 1 ram/1 000 mm. The control system has been applied in production, achieving good performance and satisfying design reqmrements
