论述了MasterCAM 9.0软件Mill模块在发动机油量控制套生产中的应用。对零件的工艺分析、加工工序的确定、刀具路径生成、后置处理和实际生产过程进行了详细的介绍。最终完成了零件的加工试制,降低企业产品试制成本,得到企业的认可。
The application of MasterCAM9.0 software Mill module in the production of engine oil quantity control sleeve was discussed. The process analysis, machining process, tool path generation, post processing and actual production process were introduced in detail. Finally the trial-production of the part was completed. The cost of enterprise product development is reduced and it has been recognized by the enterprise.
