醒脑静联合依达拉奉对急性脑出血患者炎症因子及神经功能的影响

Effects of Xingnaojing Combined with Edaravone on Inflammatory Factors and Neurological Function in Patients with Acute Cerebral Hemorrhage

目的探究醒脑静联合依达拉奉对急性脑出血患者炎症因子及神经功能的影响。方法选择2015年10月-2016年11月收治的急性脑出血患者50例,根据随机数字表法将所有患者分为2组,每组各25例。两组患者均予以基础治疗,对照组予以依达拉奉治疗,观察组在此基础上予以醒脑静治疗,比较两组患者治疗效果。结果治疗后观察组患者临床疗效高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组相比,观察组患者炎症因子含量较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组相比,治疗后观察组神经功能缺损程度明显减少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论醒脑静联合依达拉奉对脑出血患者的治疗效果较好,可减少患者神经功能损伤程度及炎症因子含量,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the effect of Xingnaojing combined with edaravone on inflammatory factors and neurological function in patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage. Methods Fifty patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage from October 2015 to November 2016 were enrolled in this study. All patients were divided into two groups according to the random number table method. Two groups of patients were treated with basic treatment, the control group of patients with edaravone treatment,on this basis, the observation group was to Xingnaojing treatment. Comparison of the two groups of patients with treatment. Results The clinical effi- cacy of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group （P 〈 0. 05）. Compared with the control group, the content of inflammatory factors in the observation group was lower （P 〈0.05）. Compared with the control group, the degree of neurological deficit was significantly decreased after treatment （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion ： Xingnaojing combined with edaravone has a good effect on the treatment of cerebral hemorrhage,which can reduce the degree of neurological impairment and the content of inflammatory factors, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
