摘要 对果园用双操作系统拖拉机的起步控制进行研究。手柄操作系统通过手柄及按键控制拖拉机行驶,无法对离合器和刹车进行单独控制,因此需要设计离合和刹车自动控制系统,完成起步时配合要求。设计了一套离合与刹车液压控制系统,建立了拖拉机在起步时动力学模型,并对离合器工作过程进行了分析。根据离合器传递扭矩大小确定了刹车解除时机。分别在田地和水泥路面进行了测试,试验结果表明:离合器响应速度及刹车解除时机满足起步要求,起步过程中冲击较小,设计方案满足要求并且能够有效改善起步品质。 A study on the starting control of the orchard tractor with double operation system is conducted in this paper. Handle operating system control the tractor through handle and buttons, but it's unable to control the clutch and brake individually. It is necessary to design an automatic control system to meet the starting requirements. A hydraulic control system of clutch and brake is designed, the dynamic model of tractor-starting is established, and the working process of the clutch is analyzed. According to the clutch transmission torque, the release timing of the brake is determined. Tests are carried out infield and cement pavement, the results show that: clutch response speed and brake release time can meet the requirements of starting, the longitudinal jerk is small, the design scheme can meet the requirements and improve the starting quality effectively.
