摘要
针对装备制造业知识创新评价指标的关联性和知识创新过程的随机性,提出面向装备制造业的知识创新能力动态评价方法。从行业知识基础存量、知识共享、知识创造的角度,构建装备制造业知识创新的评价体系,基于灰色关联分析得到知识创新评价指标灰色系统,以灰色关联度反映评价指标重要度。同时构建装备制造业知识创新马尔可夫链模型,划分装备制造业知识创新水平状态空间,获得初始状态隶属矩阵。根据状态初始矩阵和评价指标重要度,得到状态转移概率矩阵,计算知识创新绝对进步度和相对进步度。并以相对进步度为依据实现装备制造业知识创新水平动态评价。最后以六大装备制造业知识创新水平动态评价验证了所提方法的可行性和有效性。
A iming at the interrelationship among evaluation index and the randomness of the knowledge innovation process for equipment manufacturing industry, a novel dynamic evaluation method for knowledge innovation capability for equipment manufacturing industry is proposed. It constructs the evaluation index system of the industry knowledge innovation capability from the perspective of the knowledge base stock level, the knowledge sharing capability level, and the knowledge creation capability level. The evaluation index importance is obtained on the basis of the grey correlation analysis. Meanwhile, Markov chain model is constructed for the equipment manufacturing industry knowledge innovation. The state of the equipment manufacturing industry knowledge innovation level and initial state matrix are given. In the light of the initial state matrix and the evaluation index importance, the state transition probability matrix and knowledge innovation relative progress degree for equipment manufacturing industry knowledge innovation process are caleulated. The dynamic evaluation of knowledge innovation capability for equipment manufacturing industry is realized on the basis of knowledge innovation relative progress degree. Finally, a dynamic evaluation example of knowledge innovation capability for six equipment manufacturing industry is given to verify the feasible and effectiveness of the method.
