摘要
通过设计正交试验方案,在不同的切削参数下进行CVD涂层刀具高速铣削天然大理石磨损试验。采用网格法估算刀具磨损面积,并分析单一切削参数变化对刀具磨损面积的影响规律;用显微镜观测刀具磨损表面,并对CVD涂层刀具高速铣削天然大理石磨损特性分析。实验结果表明:CVD涂层刀具高速铣削天然大理石过程中,刀具的磨损面积随着切削速度的增加而减小,随着进给速度和切削深度的增加而增加;刀具的主要磨损形态有:机械犁沟与崩刃、涂层与基体剥离、积屑瘤。
The high-speed milling of natural marble wear experiment was carried out with CVD coated tool under different cutting parameters on the basis of designing the orthogonal test scheme. The tool wear area was estimated using the grid method. The effect of the single cutting parameter variation on the tool wear area was analyzed. The tool wear surface was observed with a microscope and the wear characteristics of CVD coated tool were analyzed. The results show that during the process of the CVD coated tool milling the natural marble, the wear area decreases with the increasing tool cutting speed, and increased with the increasing of the feed rate and cutting depth. The main tool wear morphology includes mechanical and furrow chipping, peeling, coating and built-up edge.
