摘要 为解决KDF2滤棒输出装置两加速轮中心距在调节过程中需要停机而引起的设备运行效率低的问题,设计了螺纹传动串联空间连杆机构,建立了新型调节装置的解析模型,通过matlab分析了加速轮中心距调整的影响因素,并利用creo parametric进行了三维建模和运动仿真。理论分析和测试实验表明,采用螺纹传动串联空间连杆机构,既可以使加速轮的中心距保持在滤棒直径减(0.2~0.4)毫米的范围,又可以不停机调整,达到提高运行效率的目的。 In order to solve the low operational effwiency problem caused by the shutdown of KDF2 in adjusting the center distance of two accelerating wheel of filter rod output device ,the screw thread driving in series with space connecting rod mechanism was designed,and an analytic model of the new adjusting device was constructed.The influencing factors of adjustment the center distance of the accelerating wheel was analyzed. Meanwhile ,three-dimensional modeling of the device was established,and motion was simulated by Creo parametric. Both the theory analysis and the experimental results showed that it was achieved to make the center distance of the two wheels to keep the filter rod diameter reduced (0.2 -0.4) mm by the new adjusting device ,and equipment operational efficiency was improved without stop.
