摘要 对研发的新型电动汽车车架进行了结构分析及优化设计。首先按照总体设计的结构,借助Hyper Works平台建立以板壳单元为基本单元的车架有限元模型,并在此基础上分析满载弯曲与满载扭转两种典型工况下车架的应力和变形情况。结果表明,该车架在扭转工况下安全系数过低且变形较大。然后针对设计薄弱环节进行结构优化,并再次分析两种典型工况下车架的应力和变形情况。结果表明,优化后的车架应力和变形都有所降低,效果显著,满足设计要求。目前,该车型已经定型生产。 The structure analysis and optimization design of the new type electric vehicle frame were carried out. First, accordingto the overall design of the structureestablished the finite element model of the frame, which with the aid of the HyperWorks and used shell element as the basic unit.The results of analyzing stress and deformation of the flame in two typical working conditions , loaded with bending and loaded with torsion, which showed the safety factor was too low and the deformation of the frame was, too large in the torsion condition. Then aimed at the weaAness of the design, structure optimization was made. After analyzing stress and deformation of the optimizedframe inthe two typical conditions again, the results showed that the effect is significant, the stress and deformation of the optimized frame both reduced and meet the design requirements. At present, the model has been finalized production.
