摘要
神木凉水井煤矿42111综采工作面煤质硬,且煤层中含一层夹矸,为提高采煤机割煤效率、减少采煤机截齿的损耗,使用微差松动爆破技术对煤壁进行松动,确定了深孔松动爆破最小抵抗线、炮眼深度、炮眼掏槽形式等技术参数。
The coal seam is hard in 42111 fully mechanized work face in Shenmu Liangshuijing coal mine as well as a layer of gangue in coal seam. In order to improve the efficiency and reduce the loss of the coal mining machine, the short-delay loose blasting technology was applied to make the coal wall loose, and affirmed several technical parameters such as the burden for long hole loose blasting, the depth of dynamite hole and its cutting way, etc.
