The paper introduces the fast installation methods of mechanical equipment at 81209 fully-mechanized working face from aspects of preparation before installation, equipment loading, position selection of installation chamber, support assembling, unloading and steering, and assembling procedure optimization, which have shortened the equipment installation period from 1.5 months to 20 days.
